Unique Repair Services was established in 1994. We opened our doors in downtown Chicago as a small appliance repair facility. As our company grew, we added more services in order to better accomodate our customers' needs. From day one customer satisfaction was very important to us. Many customers would come in to have their small appliances repaired and would be so impressed by the quality of work and geat service they received at Unique Repair that they would inquire if we repaired computers and other electronics. In 2004 we expanded and moved to Arlington Heights and in 2010 we again expanded and moved to our current facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Throughout the years we have continually kept up with new technology by gaining certifications in electronics and major appliances. Today Unique Repair Services is one of the largest repair facilities in the Chicagoland area offering a full array of repair services to our valued customers.

Customer service is one of our most important goals and we work very hard to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Our friendly Customer Service Department will do everything possible to attend to your repair needs. All of our technicians are manufacturer Factory Trained and Certified. We attend all manufacturer provided training on new equipment before it even hits the stores. Many companies state that their technicians are factory trained; however, in most cases, factory training is only available to Authorized Repair Facilities such as Unique Repair Services.

As a Factory Authorized Repair Facility, we have access to the latest technical information for parts, service updates, technical assistance phone lines, training, and service manuals.

Unique Repair Services understands and appreciates the day-to-day commitment to serving and protecting our communities provided by our police, firefighters, and soldiers. As a token of our appreciation for the rigors, trials, and tribulations they go through, we offer a 10% discount to these brave men and women. We also offer discounts to Senior Citizens and Students.
