We are looking for experienced appliance technicians; 2 years minimum experience required working specifically on residential laundry and kitchen appliances, including washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators and freezers. Excellent customer service skills, team cooperation, problem-solving, and effective communication skills are necessary for in-home appliance repair. We are looking for experienced Electronics Technicians. Must have 2 or more years' experience repairing and troubleshooting TVs to component level. Formal TV repair training/Certification is a plus. Must be familiar with LCD, Plasma and DLP technologies. Customer Service Representative

Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about customer accounts, products, and services. Handles and resolves customer complaints, special orders, and returns in-store or via phone or mail. Answers customers' questions regarding products, service, operation and maintenance. Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping. May solicit sale of new or additional services or products. Nature of products and services is at a level of complexity that usually involves up to two years of directly related study, training, and/or experience to acquire job know-how. Communicates with customers by phone or in person to ensure the best service possible. Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services. Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records. Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered. Refers complaints of product or service failure to appropriate departments for investigation. Coordinates customer's service needs with other departments as required to insure excellent customer service.
